I heard the girl scream
The image so real
Woke me from my dream

I remembered the man
I’d seen him before
Going into the shop
He came out of the door

It was nothing unusual
To pass in the store
So why was I dreaming?
Of strangers and gore?

They say cheese makes you dream
Bad images you will see
But I hadn’t had cheese
So what else could it be?

Yes! That was it!
I know what it must be
Before going to bed
I’d seen him on T.V!
